If for any reason your order isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, no explanation required.
The 14-day period begins on the day your package is delivered.

Please ensure your return shipment is sent back within this timeframe.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in original condition, suitable for resale

  • Have all original tags attached

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures availability and faster processing.


Refund Options

Once your return is received and approved, you may choose one of the following options:

Refund to Gift Card (Recommended)

  • Receive your refund faster, plus 15% extra value

  • Processed within 2–3 business days after warehouse approval

  • Delivered via email as a digital gift card

  • Valid for 12 months

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Processed within 7–10 business days

  • Returns are reviewed within 10 working days of arrival

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued

  • Bank processing may take up to 3 additional days


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
Our team will assess the issue and provide the most appropriate solution.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear garments (including socks)

  • Perfumes without their original sealed packaging

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

  • Worn or damaged items not previously reported to customer support

Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will be rejected and cannot be sent back.


Return Costs & Customs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Costs depend on your location and chosen courier

  • We do not cover customs duties, taxes, or import fees on returns

Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking information until your return is confirmed.
We are unable to process refunds without valid tracking or proof of return.


Return Processing Time

We aim to process returns as efficiently as possible.

  • Returns are handled within 10 working days of arrival at our warehouse

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email

  • Refund timing depends on your selected refund method
