All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Once shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.

RLZ is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, please contact us.

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and find the best solution.
